reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing technique that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. it can be performed in person through light touch or remotely through energetic transmission across time and space.
🔁rescheduling & refunds
all sales are final. no refunds are offered under any circumstance. you may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. if you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, the session is considered forfeited.
🚫no-show policy & booking privileges
respecting time and energy is a core value in this space. if you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, it is considered a no-show. first no-show results in a warning and forfeiture of the session fee. second no-show results in a permanent revocation of booking privileges. this policy honors time and space for both myself and clients who are ready and committed to doing the work.
📦delivery of services
all digital and remote services (readings, coaching, healings) are delivered within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. all sessions are conducted remotely via zoom, facetime, or other platforms, or delivered in writing (via email or messaging), depending on the nature of the service.
⚖️energetic compatibility clause
i reserve the right to decline or discontinue any session, service, or mentorship at my sole discretion, if i feel our energies are not aligned. no refund will be issued. this protects the integrity of the work and the well-being of both parties.
