🕉 Chakras 101

The word 'chakra' comes from ancient Sanskrit meaning 'wheel' or 'disk' — the energy points running through your body. Everything is energy, and these 7 centers are how yours moves.
- First mentioned in the Vedas (~1500–1000 B.C.). 7 main chakras, but Eye believe there are at least 114 in the body — meditation reveals them.
- Chakras run from the base of the spine up to about 6 inches above the head: root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, crown.
- You have 3 bodies stacked on each other: spiritual/ethereal, mental, and physical. Thoughts → feelings → chemical response → reality.
- Master your energy-in-motion and you master your manifestations.
