🩸 Energy Vampire Guide

An energy vampire is someone who knowingly or unknowingly drains your emotional energy. Anyone can be one — a parent, a best friend, even you. It's about awareness, not blame.

• No accountability — always someone else's fault.
• Everything is a competition. You got shoes, they got a fit.
• It's all about them, all the time. Venting = emotional dumping.
• They weaponize your kindness. 'You were already going anyway…'
• Ultimatums & guilt trips: 'if you don't do X, you don't love me.'
• Bullying & intimidation as their default setting.
• Cynical, negative, and quick to project fear onto your dreams.

• Easiest thing first: stop going around them. Boundaries. No explanation required.
• Cover your crown. Cap or scarf when in crowds, at the store, or on the internet — your crown chakra is where you receive & process. Protect it.
• Crystals. Black tourmaline for protection. Selenite for cleansing (charges itself and other stones).
• Shop for crystals with feeling — hold one in your palm, let it pick you.

• Intention. The power isn't in the object, it's in your belief.
• Speak success into your protection. Words cast spells — don't speak fear or doubt over your own work.
• You're not being cruel by setting boundaries. You're protecting your inner child.
